Hair loss and possible ways of its treatment
Statistics show that the need for treatment of hair loss encountered 30-35% of men aged 25 years. Male-pattern baldness – androgenetic alopecia – the most common form of male hair loss and up to 95% of all cases is required appropriate treatment. Androgenic alopecia in women is only about 5% of all cases of hair loss that require treatment. The main form of female hair loss is temporary hair loss – 95% of all observations. From alopecia areata, which, in contrast to androgenic, is a disease requiring mandatory treatment, suffers about 0.1% of the population.
Each type of hair loss – androgenetic alopecia, temporary hair loss and alopecia areata – requires specially selected treatment methods and means.
